Black- Hooded Oriole (Kaha Kurulla)

--

The Black-hooded Oriole ‘is a member of the ‘Oriole’ family of passerine birds. They are a resident breeder in tropical South Asia, including India, Sri Lanka and in the East from Indonesia, living predominantly in open woodlands and cultivations.’ [1]

A Quick Observation: Black-Hooded Orioles are fruit and insect eaters. Can say for sure that these guys love Ambul Kesel.
